Office Coordinator

Mitch is a longtime resident of North Olmsted, giving him a deep appreciation for the community he works in. He spent several years working with the Ohio Bureau of Worker’s Compensation, and uniquely understands the importance of quality care and the path to wellness. Certified in Medical Transcription and Billing, he assists our patients in understanding their healthcare benefits and helps to ensure they are accommodated. Mitch understands that taking care of a patient doesn’t just involve treatment, it is a complete process from scheduling to advocating for care and coordinating with insurance companies to ensure that the patient gets the treatment they need.

Outside of work, Mitch enjoys engaging with the community in various ways. You’re likely to see him cheering on the Browns or Cavaliers any given evening as a lifelong Cleveland fan. Music, reading and cooking round out his other passions. He never stops trying to learn new things, and is always eager to help others.
